Judge Shannon Teahen

Shannon Teahen is from Elmira, Ontario, which is about an hour south-west of Toronto. She is in her fourth year in Honours History at the University of Waterloo and hopes to attend graduate school for History in the fall. Shannon has been certified as an AAC judge since she was 16 years old and she was eligable to start judging when she turned 18 in 2002. Shortly thereafter she became a Masters judge and has judged in B.C., Alberta, the Maritimes and Ontario. She has three dogs - Caramel, a Golden Retriever, Joker, a Jack Russell and Tilly, her 8 year old Jack Russell Terrier who obtained her Agility Trial Champion title when she was only 3 years of age. Shannon is the co-owner of MegaMutts Dog Shows and Training and has been involved in competitive dog training since she was 9 years of age.
