Stew has been competing in dog sports for the last 12 years, Being first involved through the world of obedience, he discovered agility after being convinced to give it a try 8 years ago. Since then he has never looked back. In that time, he has put an ATChC on his first agility dog Rem, a yellow lab, and is currently also running 2 crazy Belgian Malinois, Reo, at the masters level, and Yikes at the starters level. He is also active in the sport of Schutzhund. In his other life, he is currently finishing his degree in veterinary medicine at the WCVM at the University of Saskatchewan, and he is kept hopping by his wife Catharine and 2 year old daughter Marin.
